This is the first online review, to my recollection, I have ever left. I actually created an account just so I could leave this review. PLEASE READ.

I am a military vet, and qualified for a VA loan. I've got some unusual credit history, and it was too much for even my own military bank to want to take on. I met with David on a SATURDAY to talk about it (it had to be a Saturday per his choice in order for the overall timeline we were working with to actually succeed). Long story short, David promised if there was a way to make this work he would. Over the course of the next month, him and his assistant, Richard, worked with me on nearly a daily basis. One time David told me that "as soon as we get the information we will send it on". They meant it. I got an email at 10 pm that night because they got it at 9:45 (I saw the chain) and I guess some bankers really do work outside banking hours! They dealt with my stress, calls, emails, you name it. In the end, they did it when my own military bank wouldn't. They personally worked with the Department of Veteran's Affairs on my behalf.

I now own my first house when it wasn't possible by any other measure. I owe David and Richard a great deal. They changed my life forever. I served with a number of heroes, but a hero doesn't always have to shoulder a rifle and run into battle. I am forever grateful and will be a lifetime member of Prime Lending. Someone offering a slightly better APR? I could care less because so could they. I now consider David and his team friends and great people.
