Rob was great to work with. He has a very structured approach to learning what type of home you are interested in and how to filter out all the "maybes" and concentrate on the best choices. One way he does this is have you look over lots of listings (yes, you do have to do work for your house hunting) and cull out the ones you don't like and tell him why and then explain what you do like. His process is actually much more structured than a number of other realtors we've dealt with (and we've dealt with more than a few). He's also willing to revise contracts late on a Saturday evening for early on a Sunday morning. If I could afford one more house, we'd definitely use him again. Jim Hansen
