Before moving to the U.S. in 1998, Tracey studied nursing in Johannesburg,
South Africa. She earned her degree from the BG Alexander College of
Nursing and went on to manage a 10-bed intensive care unit and a 20-bed
step-down unit. The importance of helping others in need has been one of
her longest held beliefs, a philosophy that has guided her entire life.
