As a Durham native who has lived in various areas of the Triangle, Brett has a special appreciation for the inherent character each city and town has to offer. "No two areas have the same flavor- even within the different cities themselves. I enjoy giving tours to those moving to the Triangle so they have the chance to check it all out and really evaluate which area best suits their personalities and lifestyles. There's a reason why the motto in real estate is, 'Location, Location, Location'. A 'home' isn't just about the house, it's the overall feeling… Where you live has as much to do with that as the house itself."
Brett and his husband, John, a RN at Duke Medical Center, bought their first home together in Durham in 2013. The experience led Brett to make a career change. "I spent 18 years in a career where my focus was to take care of customers and clients. I enjoyed building those relationships and knew that I could parlay that into providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers. It's proven to have been a great decision! My only regret is not making the change earlier. Real Estate could have been my life career instead of my rest of my life career!"
No matter if you're buying or selling in the immediate Triangle area or the surrounding counties, Brett has the knowledge, skill, and ability to guide you through the process. "I'm very protective of my clients. They put their trust in me and deserve to have someone in their corner. I take great pride in that. I appreciate each opportunity my clients give me to do what I love every day."
