Philip Walker is a Senior Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Realty and has sold over 3,000 properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. These sales include single-family homes, luxury properties, condos, townhomes, ranches, residential land, commercial land and even a full city block with a U.S. Post Office. Philip has also developed an extensive network of agents around the world for incoming and outgoing client referrals.
Philip always steps up when needed. In addition to running a successful sales team, he served as the delegated agent supervisor for two Keller Williams offices. This role consisted of answering all agent questions, overseeing compliance and risk management, supporting the office manager in numerous areas and leading committees including Finance, Technology, and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. He excels in conflict resolution and prefers to negotiate solutions before problems expand in scope. Philip particularly enjoys mentoring newer agents and teaching classes for all experience levels.
Philip is also active at Metrotex Association of Realtors. He is currently the Co-Chair of the MLS Committee and will become the Chair in 2024 – serving over 27,000 MLS members. He also serves on the Board of Directors for NTREIN, is a member of the Budget & Finance Committee for the Association & is a member of the Professional Development Committee.
Philip’s early interest in real estate led him to Texas Christian University where he earned dual degrees in Real Estate and Finance. He continued his education at TCU where he earned an MBA in Finance. Philip is an avid learner and completes as many advanced training and certification classes as possible.
An avid animal supporter, Philip volunteers for animal causes including the Dallas SPCA and served as President for a non-profit organization that supported the City of Dallas shelter. Philip also has his own collection of rescue animals, and acknowledges his own failure at being a foster parent. He refuses to disclose his exact numbers.
