Nick Cacarnakis is a second generation Realtor, born in Los Angeles and raised in Pasadena, he spent his youth amongst the cities’ most prominent Realtors, so he was destined to become a Real Estate success.
Naturally after graduating from USC he became a Realtor himself, and now has more than 20 years of experience; with a ”Top Realtor” designation for over 15 years of those years.
Nick’s natural flair for business, love for helping people and innate passion for negotiations drive his elevated level of customer service and success in achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
Those same attributes landed Nick in multiple management roles within Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices; first, as the manager of the Loz Feliz office, then as the manager of the Beverly Hills flagship office where he has been at the helm for nearly a decade, along with company-wide marketing initiatives, community outreach, and new licensee training and lawsuit avoidance education programs.
If he isn’t with his clients or at the office, then you will most likely find Nick at a charity event; his involvement with Los Angeles’ and Pasadena's most relevant non-profits is as long as his career. He has also served as President of the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors Charitable Foundation, been a member of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors Association, and he dedicates his extra time helping novice agents navigate the business.
Though committed to his role as a Manager and passionately working to elevate the Real Estate business model, Nick retains his private list of clients. Their loyalty is a direct result of his innovative marketing strategies, vast network of contacts throughout Los Angeles, proper pricing analysis and savvy negotiating skills that culminate in successful transactions.
