Originally from London in the UK, Claire brings a wealth of international resources and perspectives to her clients in and around Las Vegas. Privileged to have lived in Spain, Miami, New York City, and Los Angeles, she found her new permanent home in Las Vegas in 2005. With a career history in hospitality, and having managed entertainment venues, restaurants, and hotels across the globe, she finds her skills and experiences to be easily translated into a real estate career. Her passion for people is one of the rewards of being in the position to meet new people on a near daily basis. Banking on her years of customer service, Claire began her real estate career in 2015 and has been creating optimal real estate outcomes for her buyers and sellers ever since. She provides her signature white glove service when showing homes to people, whether local or new to the city, with her vast knowledge of all things Vegas.
Claire’s clients are keenly aware of what qualities she brings to the table, most notably her personability, integrity, and near-constant availability. She stays abreast of the latest technologies in order to best serve her clients in the digital age and utilizes the Sotheby’s brand’s vast global network and superior marketing resources to assist her sellers with securing the right buyers. Claire also loves assisting first-time home buyers, relishing in locating their ideal home and educating them about the home buying process. She strives to create long-lasting relationships with her clients and often finds them becoming friends long after the transaction is complete.
In addition to her work, Claire can be found traveling the globe looking for new food and wine adventures, having visited over 30 countries and 27 states. With friends all over the world, Claire always has a destination in mind, and she enjoys meeting up with her international friends in a new country. At home, Claire delights in trying new wines and listening to music. Employed in London’s esteemed, high-profile entertainment venues in her 20s, her love of music has never gone away, and her soundtrack can be as varied as her taste in new countries to visit. Always with a positive outlook, she lives life to the fullest. Whether it is hiking or doing yoga, her glass is always more than half-full.
