Megan is a proud member of the LGBTQ community. Megan is a proud Maryland native. She relocated to St. Mary’s County where she attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland, and ultimately landed in the middle— Annapolis where she lives with her wife and three dogs. Her wife and her love the proximity to Baltimore and DC, the amazing waterfront views, the wide variety of restaurants and activities, and in her opinion, some of the best ice cream spots!
With a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in secondary math education, Megan has spent the past 10 years teaching high school mathematics to students with special needs. Megan’s mission has been to provide an environment where students are empowered to showcase their strengths, take risks, learn from mistakes, and, most importantly, laugh. Megan believes the most important thing when working with students and families is building positive relationships, being direct with compassion, and setting others up for success.
Megan entered the Real Estate business shortly after purchasing her first home; a process that was both exciting and overwhelming given the information that seemed to pour in at an alarming rate. It was both eye opening and incredibly meaningful. Given her strengths and passion for helping others, Megan aims to assist others in navigating this exciting and sometimes overwhelming process. As a member of the LGBTQ community, her ultimate goal is to utilize her tools and resources to help other members and allies achieve their unique goals as homeowners. To this end, Megan possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, authentic compassion, and she always has others’ best interests at heart. Fundamentally, Megan is excited to help you on this journey and works diligently to provide the best possible service all.
