Bio |
I have lived in the Chicago suburbs all my life, choosing to settle in Fox Lake to raise my family in 1986 because I loved the area and the lifestyle. Licensed in April of 1988, I graduated from the Realtors Institute in November of that year and received my Broker's License the following May.
• I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 1997
• Earned my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 1999
• Lifetime Achievement Award from RE/MAX in 2006I
• First Realtor in Illinois to receive the Resort and Second Property designation in 2007
• Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation in 2010
• As your Realtor I feel it is my job to:
1. Bring you market information,
2. Assist you in interpreting that information,
3. Discuss and understand your goals and time frame,
4. Market your property and give you feedback,
5. Assist you in negotiating
6. Follow through until closing
I assist but YOU MAKE THE DECISIONS, because, after all, it's your house.
