Bio |
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and spent some time in Arkansas working in radio broadcasting.
As a kid, my dad was a cabinet maker and I spent many days in new construction and homes being remodeled. I always found the homes intriguing, but later I found what I really enjoyed was helping people find homes to rent or buy.
I would find myself sending colleagues and friends homes that I saw that might meet their needs. After several people mentioned it, I realized yes doing that professionally might be a good idea.
I love helping people get into their first home just as much as I appreciate being trusted to help a family downsize from the home they have owned for decades.
I go the extra mile with my clients and will help prepare sellers to list their home. This is at no cost. I will help sell your extra items, clean, paint, move furniture, whatever it takes to get you top dollar.
With my buyers I put a lot of effort into finding you the 80% home. I am a strong negotiator and have the experience to back you up in what might be the biggest financial transaction of your life.
In my off time, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our families, traveling, riding our scooters, visiting breweries and coffee shops, kayaking, working on our new camper and cheering on the KC CURRENT NWSL soccer team.
