Manny Recinos

Raised in a family that has always been real estate focused, Manny graduated from Berry College in Rome, GA and moved straight to Atlanta. It wasn’t but two years later that he purchased his first home and the real estate bug kicked in. Experiencing the fast pace, diversity and ever, expanding opportunities of such an incredible city, Manny has been putting to use his strong customer service skills and keen attention to detail to follow his true passion in the world of real estate. In his years as a Realtor, Manny has assisted clients in finding that perfect first home. He’s helped families in selling and then purchasing their larger dream home. And even worked with individuals as they started with an empty lot and customized every inch and corner to their hearts desire.

Real Estate doesn’t end at homeownership for Manny. Having worked on various investment opportunities himself, he is equipped to work with investors and property flippers who need that extra bit of advice and local knowledge to make their projects a reality. This has been accomplished through years of networking and connecting with some of the most trustworthy business and building partners. Together, Manny has assisted in the purchase, renovation and resale of many investor homes.

When he’s not meeting with clients or sitting in closings, Manny is honored to volunteer his time with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Serving as Vice President in 2020, this non-profit focuses on advancing sustainable Hispanic homeownership by educating and empowering the real estate professionals who serve the Hispanic community, advocating for public policy, and facilitating relationships within the real estate community.

In his spare time, Manny enjoys traveling, singing, going to the gym and hanging out in the city with family and friends. As a native Spanish speaker, Manny is primed to assist a wide variety of clients to make the home buying or selling process as seamless as possible.
