Bio |
I began my career in real estate in 2000, when as a junior environmental engineer I was assigned to draft plans for a 100 unit condo development in North Wildwood NJ. The challenge was that the site was a former municipal landfill and current migratory bird sanctuary, and covered in protected wetlands habitat. I left the world of engineering to work for a homebuilder, who by coincidence ended up buying and building the property!
Since that time I have worked as a Senior Development Manager for The Philadelphia Housing Authority building affordable housing, a Project Manager for a luxury condo developer, and the VP of Construction and Development for a local real estate company. In 2019 I left my full time job, got my real estate license, and transitioned my skills over to helping homebuyers find or create their dream homes.
In the midst of this in 2016 I also came out and transitioned, to the shock of everyone including my wife and children. I have been incredibly fortunate that everyone in my personal life and career was very supportive, and now I have to opportunity to work with amazing people without hiding who I am! My work with queer clients has been some of the most rewarding!
