Liz specializes in Seller representation of private party properties, multi-unit investment properties, small commercial, and works with investors for property acquisition, rehabilitation and sales of single family homes. She has built longstanding relationships with trusted vendors which she is happy to share with her clients. Her goal is to maximize the Seller’s net return by supervising needed repairs and upgrades of vacant properties to increase the sale value and final return to the Seller. Her assistant visits each vacant property at least weekly, to be sure that the property is safe and secure.

Liz Thompson is a native Nevadan, having grown up in the downtown area of old Las Vegas, attended Fifth Street School and Las Vegas High.
At the age of 24, Liz opened a used furniture store near Main and Bonanza, which operated successfully for 15 years. In 1985, after closing the store, she acquired her NV Real Estate license. She has 35+ years behind her, and still going strong! She has been with Desert Realty since the beginning of her Real Estate career, as Sales Manager working with Investors and Sellers to generate the maximum return on the sales of their Real Estate investments.
Additionally, Liz works with Trustees and Executors to liquidate Real Property belonging to Estates and Trusts.
