Eoin was born in Dublin, Ireland; and moved to the U.S. when he was young – growing up in California, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. He fell in love with the Lowcountry during his first trip here over 25 years ago; and realized that he eventually wanted to settle in the area over numerous visits since then. His passion for real estate and design began at a young age. He has distinct childhood memories from his time living in Los Angeles, Hershey, and Atlanta of driving around with his mom and dad stopping in at open houses and exploring new construction sites.
Prior to joining Sotheby's, Eoin graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, and enjoyed a successful accounting and consulting career for close to ten years in Washington, DC and New York City. With his extensive business background and having had the privilege and opportunity to live all over the country, Eoin brings his national and local market knowledge and problem solving mindset combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills for a total client service package that is second to none.
Eoin strives to give his clients a world class experience, catering to their specific needs and preferences, representing home buyers and sellers alike. His passion and interest in real estate and design are his motivating factors for ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. He seeks to help his clients discover the beauty and magnificence of the Lowcountry through a seamless and smooth real estate transaction.
When Eoin is not working for and with his clients, he explores all that the Lowcountry has to offer, travels, and spends time with his family, friends, and French bulldog, Frankie.
