Bio |
David Zeitz is a bit of a mixed bag. He grew up simple, on a third-generation family farm in North Central Kentucky with his Dad, Mom, and two younger brothers. From those beginnings, his life's path has been as twisted as a mountain road, though not nearly as rocky. Along the way, David has been a student, band member, busboy, pianist, cook, caterer, customer service manager, purchasing clerk, and chemical engineer intern. But for the last 20 years, he's found his passion in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.
"Everything we are, today, is a piece of where we were in our yesterdays," David explained. "Some of the jobs I had along the way took hard work, learning to work with the public, and the Engineering classes and jobs taught me some fantastic problem-solving skills. Taking a bit from everything I've done before helps tremendously with what I do for my clients and colleagues today."
David is a two time President of the Lumberton Board of REALTORS®, served eight years as a member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and currently serves as a Director and member of the local Long Leaf Pine Association of REALTORS®. He is an active proponent of Personal Property Ownership and has supported the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) as a Golden R President’s Circle member.
David currently resides with his husband of 24 years along with two fur babies in Oakridge Subdivision, Lumberton, NC, and is president of the Amberdale Homeowners Association.
