Diana has dedicated her career to helping people achieve the American Dream of homeownership. She began her career working for Indiana National Bank as a Loan Originator. Eventually, she became the Underwriting Manager & Vice President of Mortgage Operations which included managing the day-to-day operations of Loan Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Compliance and Appraising.
With a deep sense of passion and mission, Diana took her valuable skill sets to work for the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), a non-profit committed to expanding homeownership among low to moderate income families. Continuing her legacy, Diana served as Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Indianapolis: a non-profit that helps very low-income families obtain homeownership. While at Habitat, she led the “25 homes in 25 days” super build in celebration of Habitat International’s 25th Anniversary.
Diana returned to her loan officer roots in 2002. After working for several mortgage companies and banks, she joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in 2015 where she remains today. In her commitment to serve the broader community, Diana co-hosts a weekly radio & TV broadcast called the Home & Finance Show, along with her co-host Janis Bradley. The shows which air on 1310 AM and WHMB Channel 40, are designed to educate the community on all aspects of homeownership.
Diana is honored to play a role in the home buying process and refers to her work as her ministry.
