Christopher Suranna

Licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia, with RLAH Real Estate has been selling real estate since 2004. He was the 2018 President of the DC Association of REALTORS® and currently sits on the GCAAR Board of Directors. He is the recipient of the 2020 DCAR REALTOR® of the Year award.

Always seeking out new opportunities to grow, Chris has held volunteer positions on many committees at the local, state and national level. Chris most recently received his CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and AHWD (At Home With Diversity) designations with NAR. As a REALTOR® Party major investor and President’s Circle member, he was recently inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame in 2020.

He has been a top producer every year since entering the real estate profession. Working almost 100% by referral, he enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and clients relocating to the DC metro area.

Chris currently serves as a Co Chair of the Advocacy and Public Policy Committee of The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and is the DC Chapter President.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling around the world with his husband Andrew exploring new cultures and cuisines.
