Chuck Garrett

Born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area, Chuck relocated to Hawaii in 1988 where he became passionately involved in real estate sales, management, relocation, and technology.

Chuck has been active in both local and national real estate/relocation organizations including the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) and the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC). He is a Past-President several organizations including the Hawaii Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), the Relocation Directors Council (RDC), and HiCentral MLS – a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, and he volunteers for other local and state real estate boards and organizations.

Education has always been an important aspect of his career and over the years he's earned numerous designations and certifications including: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Multiple Listing Executive Volunteer (CMLXv), Global Destination Specialist (GDS), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

With family across the U.S. Mainland, Chuck loves to travel. He also enjoys time with his husband at their home in Kaneohe, on the Windward side of O’ahu. As self-described geek and avid reader, Chuck is also a podcast junkie; the perfect companion to yard work, his favorite downtime activity.
