Patrick Ruble

A full-time, licensed real estate agent in Minnesota with more than 19 years of experience in the industry, Patrick oversees the Highland Park/Saint Paul office of Coldwell Banker Realty MN|WI. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® he held the position of Government Affairs Director for the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR). In that position he advocated for homeowners and homeownership and is a strong supporter of a healthy and sustainable real estate market.

As a member of the REALTOR® family, Patrick derives much of his strength through leadership roles and involvement in his community. He has served on the Board of Directors of several local organizations and as a member of numerous community advisory committees.

Patrick is a Past-President of the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS’ Board of Directors and current member of the Board of Directors. He also serves on SPAAR's REALTOR Charitable Foundation. Patrick serves on the Minnesota Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and is a member of their Diversity Committee. At the national level, he is a member of the National Association of REALTORS' Board of Directors and serves on their Leading Edge Advisory committee.

Patrick was named SPAAR's 2020 Realtor of the Year and is a past recipient of their William Tschohl/James Stanton Distinguished Service Award.

Saint Paul is his adopted home since 1987, where he resides with his partner, Todd.
