Andrew Klank has eleven years’ experience working in the mortgage industry as a branch manager with a focus on building long-term relationships with his clients. He creates an educational, stress-free environment for his clients so they can make the best-informed financial decisions.
Andrew studied Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, at the University of Maryland. While graduating at the top of his class, Andrew was also part of an Honors Banking and Private Wealth Management fellowship at UMD’s Smith School, which granted him the opportunity to contribute his mortgage knowledge among his peers. This information was so well received that he was asked to return after graduating to give presentations to Finance MBA students at the Smith School about the mortgage industry.
Andrew became intrigued in solving complex business problems and decided to go back to school at Villanova University for Lean Six Sigma Certifications. To date, he has completed three levels of certifications, earning him a Lean Six Sigma “Black Belt." With this knowledge, he can solve complex problems through data analytics and process analysis — a real asset to his customers.
