Jeff concentrates his efforts and services by assisting owners with attracting and retaining qualified agents, and then coaches owners in the art of helping agents define and create these business platforms. Jeff honed his skills at his own coaching company, so now he shares those skills with franchise owners to help them guide their agents in creating successful and profitable business plans.
