At Home With Diversity® is an NAR certification. The class will enable you to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. It will help you to learn diversity sensitivity, how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws in your business, and ways to develop professional guidelines for working with people in the increasingly multicultural real estate market. This course meets the core education requirements to earn the At Home With Diversity Certification. There are additional requirements and fees associated with earning and retaining the certification.

Gonzalo Mejia Gonzalo Mejia is originally from Lima, Peru where he studied Industrial Engineering, specializing in Finance and Accounting. Mejia moved to the United States in 2001 and started his real estate career in 2004 as a Sales Associate in Pensacola, FL. He obtained his Broker License in 2006. After moving to Jacksonville, FL in 2009 he joined Watson Realty Corp. He is the broker/manager of their San Marco office. Mejia also obtained his Real Estate Instructor License in 2013. He holds the following designations ABR, CIPS, CRS, GRI, TRC, AHWD, among others. He was bestowed the honor of being named the Florida Realtors® 2018 Educator of the Year.
