This course is designed for REALTORS® to learn the history of Redlining and restrictive real estate covenants in Minnesota, and how to use that knowledge to better serve their clients and consumers. The class includes information about current impacts of past practices and how REALTORS®’ commitment to Fair Housing serves clients and consumers. This class is approved for 1.75 hours of continuing education credit (class lasts one hour and 45 minutes). This is regulated by the MN Department of Commerce.
