Bio: I support and motivate real estate brokers and work tirelessly to ensure they are on the path to success; however they choose to define success. As the Designated Managing Broker of the @properties Goose Island office I have the opportunity to work with brokers of all experience levels and skill sets. I develop relationships with each one of our brokers so I can better understand how myself along with @properties can continue to better support the dreams and goals of all our Realtors. My experience in real estate started in college when I founded a development company that worked on single family rehabs and condo conversions in Chicago and its suburbs. From there, I moved into selling real estate for the next 13 years. I have been interviewed by Fox News Chicago, The Chicago Tribune, and Crain’s Chicago Business regarding Chicago’s luxury sales & leasing market. I’ve served as an expert witness in the Cook County Circuit Court regarding residential & commercial property values. I have also served as a consultant for government agencies regarding real estate fraud in the great Chicagoland area. When I am not supporting one of our brokers you can find me cooking in the kitchen or traveling the world, preferably via cruise ship, all while enjoying great cocktails and even better wine.
