This event hosted by the Empow-HER Network is a unique opportunity for Female Identifying professionals to come together, share their experiences, and voice their needs within the industry and to our community. Who Should Attend?
This event is ideal for LGBTQ+ Female Identified Alliance members who are passionate about creating a more inclusive industry. Allies who support diversity and inclusion in real estate are also welcome and encouraged to attend and listen to broaden their understand of the needs of others within our community. The heart of this event is an open, unscripted conversation beginning with Empow-HER Network members and then opening the discussion to all members of the Alliance. Participants are encouraged to share their personal experiences, challenges, and successes in the real estate industry. We are committed to providing a safe space where all participants can speak freely without fear of judgment. Respectful and constructive dialogue is the cornerstone of this forum. This is a platform for learning from one another, gaining new perspectives, and understanding the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ Female Identified professionals in real estate.
