The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance is thrilled to again exclusively partner with RealTrends + Tom Ferry to honor Alliance real estate sales members based on their 2022 production. The process will have two very important steps:
PHASE ONE
LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance members who qualify for the RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and possibly the RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand will also be considered for the Alliance’s second annual recognition of our top agents and teams.
Individual Agent
1. An individual must have closed at least 40 sides OR $16 million in sales volume in 2022.
2. You MUST also be an Alliance member by June 30. Click here to join.
Teams
1. A team must have closed at least 60 sides OR $24 million in sales volume in 2022.
2. Team lead MUST also be an Alliance member. Click here to join.
3. You MUST email David Siroty with the following BY APRIL 14:
- Full name of team
- Name of team lead
- Full company name including brand name
If you are an agent of the below real estate brands/companies AND met the above minimums, your brand/company has already submitted your production and covered your $175 entry fee. Nothing further is needed:

Note: If you changed brand affiliation in 2022, your current brand may not have reported your full 2022 production, only what you recorded with your new firm. Please have your broker/owner reach out directly to your brand to ensure that they sent your FULL 2022 production. You can also contact Keeri Tramm at RealTrends at [email protected].
If your brand/company is NOT on the above list, you are encouraged to participate by visiting www.realtrends.com/agent-rankings/. Deadline for entry is April 14, 2023. You will be responsible for the $175 fee for RealTrends. Be prepared to also submit third-party verification (check www.realtrends.com/agent-rankings/ for details).
PHASE TWO
If you did not qualify for the Thousand or America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, The Alliance has worked with RealTrends to create a second way to participate:
Individual Agent
1. An individual must have closed 15-39 sides OR $6-$15.99 million in sales volume in 2022.
2. You MUST also be an Alliance member by June 30. Click here to join.
Teams
1. A team must have closed at least 25-59 sides OR $9-$23.99 million in sales volume in 2022.
2. Team lead MUST also be an Alliance member. Click here to join.
3. You MUST email David Siroty with the following BY JULY 14:
- Full name of team
- Name of team lead
- Full company name including brand name
If you qualify, each individual or team will be charged $75.
Registration begins on June 14 and closes on July 14. RealTrends will provide an Alliance entry link prior to June 14.

RealTrends is one of the leading organizations in our industry and, along with partner Tom Ferry International, annually produces The Thousand and America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list highlighting agent productivity. With support from Realogy, RealTrends will power our list.
Last year we honored more than 230 individuals and teams!

All named to the list will be benefit from:
1. An Alliance Top Producer icon will be automatically included on your Alliance profile page.

4. Use of social media assets.
5. Cross promotion with RealTrends.
6. The opportunity to use the Alliance Top Producer logo in your marketing efforts
