Tell Us What You’re Seeing: The 2026 Alliance Member Survey Is Open
This year’s survey focuses on housing affordability, the wealth gap, and what comes next for Gen Z — including the Gen Z LGBTQ+ population, now 23% of adults under 30.
Tell Us What You're Seeing: The 2026 LGBTQ+ Real Estate Member Survey Is Open
The 2026 LGBTQ+ real estate member survey is now open, and this year, your answers matter more than ever. Every year, member responses shape how the Alliance speaks to the industry, the media, and policymakers. This year, we're asking about housing affordability, the wealth gap, and the future of Gen Z homebuyers.
Why the 2026 LGBTQ+ Real Estate Member Survey Focuses on Gen Z
Gen Z is reshaping our industry. Pew Research and Gallup both now show that 23% of adults under 30 self-identify as LGBTQ+. That's the largest generational shift in LGBTQ+ visibility in modern history. Moreover, it has direct implications for the next decade of homebuying, wealth creation, and policy. The Alliance wants to know what you're seeing on the ground, and how you think the industry should respond.
How Your Responses Make an Impact
First, your answers inform the commentary the Alliance publishes throughout the year. Second, they shape the data we bring to the LGBTQ+ Housing Policy Symposium in Washington, D.C. in June. Finally, they guide the programs we build for members heading into 2027. In short, every response directly strengthens our collective voice.
It Takes 15 Minutes — and It's Completely Anonymous
The survey takes about 15 minutes. All responses are aggregated. We never share individual answers. The more members who participate, the stronger our data — and the more credible our case to the industry and to policymakers.
Don't skip it. Our community is at its strongest when everyone is heard.
