I first got in contact with Rob on a whim about a year ago. I was planning a move from Philly to Pinellas county and looking for an agent that could not only find us a home to live in, but also investment properties. Fast forward a few months and I made a trip down with my family to review our investment goals and Rob immediately went to work to line things up. That first trip, didn't end in a purchase but Rob continued to send me leads and when we eventually moved in July, we were able to hit the ground running. We started looking at investment properties and Rob had great knowledge of the neighborhoods, and gave me some great insight on where he felt the neighborhoods were heading in the future. We ended up offering on a property in early September and are scheduled to close tomorrow. Being new to Florida real estate, I'm so glad to have Rob on my team.
