Honoring the Real Estate Industry’s Best LGBTQ+ and Allied Sales Professionals

The LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance is thrilled to once again partner exclusively with RealTrends + Tom Ferry and our friends at Realogy to honor Alliance real estate sales members based on their 2021 production. 

We have entered Phase Two of the process.  

If you did not qualify for Phase One (see below), The Alliance has worked with RealTrends to create a second way to participate:

Individual Agent
1.  An individual must have closed 25-49 sides OR $10-$19.99 million in sales volume in 2021.
2.  You MUST also be an Alliance member by June 30Click here to join.

Teams
1.  A team must have closed at least 40-74 sides OR $15-$29.99 million in sales volume in 2021.
2.  Team lead MUST also be an Alliance member by June 30Click here to join.
3.  You MUST email David Siroty with the name of the team lead and the full name of the team by July 15.

If you qualify, each individual or team will be charged $75. RealTrends asks for your credit card information on the first screen before submitting your information.

Registration begins on June 8 and closes on July 15.

FAQs

What was Phase One?
Registration for Phase One closed in March. This was done in conjunction with the RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and the RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand. The following were the minimum production required for Phase One:

Individual Agent
1.  An individual must have closed at least 50 sides OR $20 million in sales volume in 2021.
2.  You MUST also be an Alliance member by June 30. Click here to join.

Teams
1.  A team must have closed at least 75 sides OR $30 million in sales volume in 2021.
2.  Team lead MUST also be an Alliance member. Click here to join.
3.  You MUST email David Siroty with the name of the team lead and the full name of the team BY MARCH 31

What if I qualified for Phase One but did not enter?
You can participate in Phase Two of the Alliance’s program, but you will NOT be included in the RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and/or the RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand.

What if I moved from one company to another in 2021?
If you have moved to a brand that submits to RealTrends on your behalf, you should have your broker/owner reach out directly to your brand to ensure that they sent your FULL 2021 production. You can also contact Liz Smith at RealTrends at [email protected].

Why have we partnered with RealTrends? 
RealTrends is one of the leading organizations in our industry. Along with partner Tom Ferry International, RealTrends annually produces The Thousand and America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list highlighting agent productivity. With support from Realogy, RealTrends will power our list.

Last year we honored more than 200 individuals and teams!

Do we have a program for mortgage professionals?  

Unfortunately, not at this time. We are working to identify a partner on the mortgage side to assist with rankings.

When will the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance Top Producers be announced?

Late August or early September

What happens if I make the Alliance’s Top Producer list? The Alliance will reach out to you with further instructions if you qualify.  

What are the benefits of being on the Alliance’s Top Producer list?  All named to the list will be benefit from:

  1. An Alliance Top Producer icon will be automatically included on your Alliance profile page.
  2. Being honored at the 2022 Experience: The Alliance. 
  3. Inclusion in a press release announcing the winners.
  4. Use of social media assets.
  5. Cross-promotion with RealTrends.
  6. The opportunity to use the Alliance Top Producer logo in your marketing efforts
