Zach Krasman is a veteran real estate agent with 15 years of industry experience.
Zach joined Compass in 2016 after a decade in commercial real estate. As a client-focused veteran who has brokered transactions through many cycles in the business, Zach brings with him that experience and market knowledge, allowing him to deftly guide and navigate his clients through each and every deal. His 15 years of attention to detail and client-first mentality has fueled his success and led him to the forefront of the industry. He gives the same top-level service to first-time buyers, luxury sellers, and investors alike.
Zach specializes in the sale and acquisitions of residential, multifamily, land/development, and commercial properties in the greater Los Angeles area, with a keen knowledge and focus on the Westside and the San Fernando & San Gabriel Valleys.
Zach and his husband have two children and two very energetic black labs, and he has a passion for architecture, technology, and culinary arts.
When not wearing his professional hat, Zach enjoys assisting in his community. He has been a mentor for young boys without fathers through the Jewish Big Brother Big Sisters of Los Angeles organization, a chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, since 2007. He raises money for foundations focused on helping those suffering from Leukemia, Epilepsy, AIDS, and Multiple Sclerosis and he joined the efforts of rebuilding homes in Mississippi and Louisiana following the terror of Hurricane Katrina. He is a singing member and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles (GMCLA).
