As a lifelong resident of Chicago, Stephen Hnatow began his real estate career in 2007 and quickly became a multi-million dollar producer. With a background in Management Information Technology from Loras College, Stephen leverages technology, utilizing a variety of tools to provide the most accurate and timely data a client may require. Stephen's analytical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills are highlighted in his proven ability to understand market trends and communicate that knowledge efficiently to clients. As his business doubled three years consecutively from 2010 through 2012, Stephen began working with Ryan Douglas Wells in the summer of 2012.
Stephen and Ryan officially partnered in 2015 with a specific goal: leverage both agents' unique skills to provide the most comprehensive, tailored client service available in the marketplace.
Stephen+Ryan has sold over $200M worth of real estate in 400+ transactions over the last 10 years. The principals are joined by two associates and a full-time business manager.
Stephen's 2021 average sales price was $721,870 and usually closes about 30 deals a year as an individual within the team.
Stephen lives in Lakeview with his husband who is Chief Medical Officer for University of Chicago Hospitals and their two children.
