Allison Schnackenberg

I have a passion to create an amazing real estate experience for everyone. I believe that everyone should feel comfortable, supported and valued with each new experience in their life. I am passionate about building strong relationships with my clients, making their experience joyful and their real estate ambitions come true.

With a background in the independent music industry, I have a storied history of supporting the underdog and fighting for change. Throughout my career, I worked with politically active and outsider musicians, creating new templates for artists to produce and distribute their work, while retaining ownership of their copyrights and intellectual property. The music industry also gave me a rock solid two decades of experience in contract law, negotiation, marketing, sales, project and event management, and accountability – as well as a slightly less useful but nonetheless encyclopedic knowledge of vinyl record manufacturing.

I became a Realtor because I love real property – investment, renovation, construction, architecture and design. But most importantly, I became a Realtor because my own experiences working with real estate professionals were a disappointment, and I knew that the real estate industry needed more people who were willing to stand for change.

I'm committed to supporting and empowering our local communities. I aim to create a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all. I am available to share a coffee and talk about real estate any time!
