Patrick leads Lynchpin Advisors with eXp Realty, a team of 26 client-focused professionals serving five states. With over 25 years of experience and expertise, Patrick and his team guide their clients through the buying and selling process. He is equal parts teacher and student, always challenging himself and those around him to consider other perspectives.
Patrick is also the founder of eXp Realty of Illinois, launching the brand in 2013 and serving as its first Managing Broker. In 2018, as co-chair, Patrick establishment the eXp Pride Network, a company-wide LGBTQ+ group, now with over 2,000 members. In 2024, her was appointed Chairperson of eXp's Agent Advisory Council, representing 1,800+ agents in Illinois.
Among his many committee appointments and achievements, Patrick served on the NAR Professional Standards subcommittee that created Standard of Practice 10-5 of the Code of Ethics, which established hate speech as a violation of the Code.
Patrick is the President of The Alliance Illinois chapter. He also serves on the Advocacy & Policy Council for The Alliance’s National leadership team.
