Professional Achievement

I was honored to be one of only 15 selected for the 2023 class of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Leadership Institute. During my tenure as President of the organization in 2021 and 2022, I earned multiple network certifications in recognition of my leadership and service. I was proud to receive the Agent of Excellence Award from the Coeur d’Alene Regional REALTORS®, and in 2019, I was awarded the Top Producer Gold Award for sales and featured in Top Producer magazine.

Professionally, I played an instrumental role in closing team contracts worth $24 million in the first quarter alone, while consistently maintaining a personal pipeline exceeding $7 million. I led the launch of our pipeline process, supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Through strategic outreach and operational improvements, I increased average call volumes from fewer than 20 per day to over 50, boosted weekly demonstrations from 1 to 10, and improved our appointment-to-demonstration conversion rate from 5% to 25%.

As an advocate for diversity and inclusion in real estate, I am currently working to establish the Inland Northwest chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and will serve as its incoming president. This effort aligns with my continued commitment to advancing equality in housing and fostering safe, inclusive communities.

Academically, I was inducted into Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Association’s official honor society, and most recently earned my master’s degree from Gonzaga University.

Community Involvement

2021/22 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS, and on the board of the North Idaho Building Contractors Association in 2022. I was on the CRR Education in 2022 as well as the CRR YPN committee. I have also been involved in many charity functions, PAC groups and my local school systems PTA

I actively listen to my client's wants and works diligently with integrity to make sure everyone's real estate needs are met with satisfaction.

When I am not traveling, I enjoy activities such as golf, ballroom dancing, boating, paddle boarding and going to the beach with my children.
