I may only have limited experience as a licensed agent, however I bring 20+ years of experience buying/selling multiple personal properties (starting at age 20), rental property ownership/management and have led renovations ranging from minor face lifts to a recent full scale renovation of our family’s lake house.
All full-service listings with me include a dedicated property website and Facebook Ad, 200 just listed and 200 open house mailed postcards and unlimited professional full color flyers. I will personally host your open house(s) if desired. I also have a network of over 5k agents working with buyer clients actively looking to purchase homes of their own and will make sure to share your listing with them.
