Kristen Galaudet

After graduating with degrees in marketing and accounting, I began my professional career as a Big 4 auditor. It took me very little time (6 months) to recognize this was not my calling and I have been working in marketing roles for over 15 years. Currently, I wear two hats for First American Title: Regional Marketing Manager for Northern California and WA and Marketing Research & Development Manager for our Strategic Markets Department.

In those roles, I lead and support marketing efforts and build strategic marketing plans for the Northern California and WA sales teams. I am also responsible for building training courses explaining nuances of multicultural and diverse communities in an effort to teach First American Title staff how to better serve customers of all backgrounds.
