With her Midwest work ethic and a forward-thinking, community-focused mindset, Jessa Walsh creates a real estate experience that empowers her clients and leaves a positive imprint on the communities she serves. Jessa’s goal is to educate clients on every aspect of their purchase or sale by simplifying the complex and providing the most relevant real-time data to enable informed decisions — all while ensuring they enjoy the journey. Along with her expert negotiation skills, Jessa’s dedication to serving her clients with a “no stone unturned” philosophy and leveraging new technology and proven marketing strategies yields remarkable results for her clients. By 2020, after a decade in the industry, she rose to become the No. 1 agent in her local brokerage office and earned a spot in the top 1% of Realtors® in California on RealTrends’ list. She ranks in the top 1% of agents nationwide.
Jessa grew up the daughter of two business owners who taught her mentality is everything and to take pride in working hard to reach her goals. It’s this mindset that bolsters her thriving real estate career. Jessa entered the real estate industry in 2000, working for Fidelity National Title, where she became well-versed in real estate contracts and escrow and title processes. After experiencing the Great Recession and seeing its impact on the industry and the community, Jessa realized just how vital the role of a worthy advisor is in every home purchase or sale. So, in 2010, she acquired her real estate license in order to provide clients the guidance and transparency she felt passionately they were owed. Jessa leads with positivity and integrity, naturally attracting her local network by guiding clients with empathy and expertise.
Even before founding Reach Real Estate, Jessa had long been in leadership roles. At her previous brokerage, Jessa supported the growth of her fellow agents by providing training sessions on purchase contracts, industry tools, and new policies. Blended with her natural teaching abilities, Jessa’s tech-savviness makes her an invaluable resource to both her clients and colleagues.
A philanthropist above all, Jessa served as an ambassador for the Intero Foundation, which to date has raised over $5 million for local organizations that support children and seniors in need. She also “Goes Nuts” with her annual Peanut Butter Drive for the Second Harvest Food Bank as well as an annual baby clothes drive to benefit a local organization called Loved Twice. Jessa is also president of the Silicon Valley chapter of the national LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (DEI) at the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors® (SCCAOR®). A die-hard 49er Faithful, “#JessaNinerFan” can always be seen at games (and often on TV!) in full superfan gear, cheering on the Red & Gold! Her life mantra is “Everything with passion!” Ultimately, she is the biggest fan of her family, which gives her the motivation and drive to always reach for the next level in everything she does.
