Amy West

Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. Graduated from Friends University with a degree in Psychology/Sociology. Joined the Police department and served 17+ years in various functions to include Hostage Negotiator. Returned to school and completed a MAOA in Organizational Business with a minor in Non-Profit Organizations.
Moved to Mexico City, Mexico for 7 years. Amy’s wife was transferred to North Carolina. We moved our four dogs and cat and haven’t looked back.
Amy got into Real Estate in 2015. Using her previous skills and the fact that she loves to be around and assist people the pieces fit. In 2016-2020 she was part of a team which was in the top 2% for production for her company in NC. Amy moved to West and Woodall Real Estate in 2021.
Amy volunteers at a local food pantry. She is passionate about Durham and its unique urban fabric. Amy believes in integrity, honesty and communication.
