I was raised in the Monadnock region through high school, attending college in N.H. and Florida majoring in business. My family and I currently reside in Gilsum, in a home that was built in 1838 and is included in the book "Historic Homes of Cheshire County".
I am a member of the Gilsum Historical Society, and serve as Chairperson for the Gilsum Public Library Board of Trustees. I also served on the board of the Manadnock Region Board of Realtors for 6 years, becoming President in 2017, and continue to serve as chairperson for the scholarship committee, nominating committee and grievance committee. I am also currently on the NHAR legal committee, and was a board member of AIDS Services for the Manadnock Region for 7 years, serving as President of this Board for 5 years. I am a Member of the Cheshire Career Center Trust Board of Trustees, which oversees student construction projects at the career center at Keene High School. The Construction Trades students actually build a modular house from the ground up as a graded project. In 2007, I was recognized nationally in Realtor Magazine for my outstanding commitment to community service and for co-founding the first HIV/HEP C housing project in New Hampshire. This was a model project for others to follow.
In 2010, 2012 and again in 2018 I was nominated for REALTOR of the Year, winning the award in 2012 and again 2018. I am a graduate of the REALTORS Institute and one of only a select few licensed Seniors Real Estate Specialists in the region. He is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, and a member of the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals. I joined my first real estate office in 2006, and in 2014 I became an Associate Broker and attained the position of Sales Director for his office.
