Alex has been selling real estate since his junior year at New York University, though he’s always had a passion for architecture and design. Shortly after graduating, Alex moved to Philly and has been selling and developing real estate in the area ever since!
In addition to working with real estate clients, Alex also specializes in identifying superb investment properties. He listens to his clients’ expectations, and is an expert at pinpointing properties that fit their needs.
Alex is a skilled redeveloper of historic structures; always striving to preserve as many original details as possible, while delicately updating the homes to include modern amenities. He has restored 5 historic homes to date!
Alex has earned the Green Designation (for knowledge about issues of energy efficiency and sustainability in real estate) from the National Association of REALTORS.
Originally from New Jersey, Alex attended high school in Sarasota, Florida. He studied Urban Design/Architecture and French at New York University. Alex has lived in Paris and Manhattan, and currently resides on the border of Mt. Airy and Germantown in Philadelphia.
