LGBTQ people often encounter challenges in life early on because of their differences.
The ability to persevere through challenges and keep moving forward takes a special
mindset. Our guests will share their personal experiences about hiding in plain sight at
their jobs, being trans in South Texas and Phoenix, and coming out later in life. They
will share what got them through, how they stay positive and why they choose to see
the silver lining that setbacks offer.
