YES – you must cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival to receive a refund. After 72 hours the reservation is non-refundable.

YES – you can request the rate between Monday, September 26 through Saturday, October 1, 2022.  Room requests outside of those dates are subject to availability for the group rate.  Limited room quantities will be included in the block on off-days, so you will want to book sooner than later. 

Wednesday – Welcome Reception – Rooftop Cocktail Party

Resort Cocktail attire is appropriate, but be comfortable!

Thursday – Evening Entertainment – Resort Casual

This evening is special, but casual. Cocktail attire is appropriate – dress like you would going to any other show in Vegas! But, bring your designer wallet and/or clutch… we hope you’ll have it out showing it off as you bid to benefit two great charities!

Friday – Pride All Year Gala – Dress to Impress

When we say “dress to impress” we don’t mean go rent a tux and be uncomfortable all night in 5″ stiletto’s… we mean dress like you would if President Gervase called you and invited you as his plus one to the Met Gala Red Carpet – avant-garde is acceptable… but so is formal… or semi-formal… feel good about how you look and show up ready to celebrate who you are!

No – you are responsible for your own transportation.

Registration will close the evening of September 20th, with no exceptions for late-additions.
