All sponsor and exhibitor attendees are required to register prior to the event. If you receive complimentary registration(s) and require your comp code, please click here.

As a sponsor / exhibitor you may share a $100 off registration code with your affiliates and customers.

Host Hotel
Book the group rate at the Marriott Marquis in Houston. Rates have been pre-negotiated. We have a limited room block and do NOT have overflow rooms available. Book early to secure a room.
The group rate cutoff expires Sept 5.

Expo

As a sponsor / exhibitor you receive One (1) expo booth. See hours above.
Please note the expo pavilion will be in the Houston Ballroom foyer adjacent to the main conference space. Coffee breaks will be hosted in this area as well.
Exhibit space is approximately 8’x10’ and includes one 6 foot table, linen, 5A power, 2 chairs and wastebasket.
Move in hours on September 26 are 10 am through the balance of the day.
The location of your booth is assigned by the Alliance. Largest sponsors receive premium locations.
5A Power service is included with all booths. Increased power service is available for $250/day, and will need to be requested prior to the start of the event.

Please clearly mark packages designated for the tote bag and the expo. These materials will be delivered to separate areas. Packages can be stored up to 5 days without a fee. We recommend you ship your packages to arrive on September 22nd to avoid fees.
To receive boxes, the hotel charges based on weight. Shipping instructions, fees and details can be found HERE
Fees will be accepted onsite only. To ship leftover materials after the event it is your responsibility to box, label and prepare your parcels to be picked up. Simply leave parcels at your expo booth and call your carrier for pick up.
Conference Tote Bag
Tote Bag. Send one (1) tote bag insert, quantity 400, to be received no later than September 22 to the address above. Please clearly designate your packages for the tote bag.
