As a sponsor / exhibitor you receive One (1) expo booth. See hours above.
Please note the expo pavilion will be in the Houston Ballroom foyer adjacent to the main conference space. Coffee breaks will be hosted in this area as well.
Exhibit space is approximately 8’x10’ and includes one 6 foot table, linen, 5A power, 2 chairs and wastebasket.
Move in hours on September 26 are 10 am through the balance of the day.
The location of your booth is assigned by the Alliance. Largest sponsors receive premium locations.
5A Power service is included with all booths. Increased power service is available for $250/day, and will need to be requested prior to the start of the event.
