A Note From President Gervase...

Friends & Colleagues,

Welcome to 2022 and the opportunity to make your mark as an LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance leader. As an Alliance VIP, I invite you to join me in Orlando on February 22-24 at the Alliance Leadership Summit where we will collaborate and innovate the path forward for this fine organization through the exchange of ideas and best practices.

Please make it a priority to attend this important meeting. I promise you will come away inspired and invigorated with leadership insights and tips to take your local chapter to the next level. If you haven’t made plans to join us, please take action now.

The task before us now is to leverage and build on the massive success the Alliance enjoyed in Year One.  Chapter development and membership growth is the key to our expansion this year. As an Alliance leader, you are central to our ability to meet our goals and advance our mission to create a world free of housing discrimination.

My goal is to empower you to help lead the way forward. Together, we have the potential to be transformative catalysts for change. Imagine all that we can do. We can educate our community on how to buy a home or invest in rental properties. Or mastermind with our members through chapter programming that helps them raise their game and deliver better service to LGBTQ buyers.

John Maxwell, renowned leadership expert, once said: “Leadership is Influence, nothing more, nothing less.”  I am personally committed to delivering the resources necessary to support your growth and success.  You raised your hand to be an Alliance leader because you are called to do something more for others. Let’s do something remarkable together. Let’s be unstoppable.  Let’s give back in a way that incites buzz and attracts followers. Are you game?

See you in Orlando,
